You own your documents and brand assets. Quesly owns the chatbot platform, designs, and proprietary code.

"We", "Our", "Us" – refers to Quesly.
"You", "Your" – refers to the customer, client, or website visitor.
"Services" – refers to the Quesly AI chatbot solutions, hosting, analytics, and related offerings.
You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent/guardian. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for the content you provide.
Subscriptions are billed monthly at the agreed rate. You may cancel at the end of any billing month without penalties. No refunds for partial months.
All Quesly branding, designs, platform code, and technology remain our property. You retain full rights to your documents and content used for chatbot training. You may not resell or redistribute our services without permission.
We store and process only the data necessary to operate your chatbot. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
We strive for 99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. If you have a valid claim, liability is limited to the amount paid in the 3 months before the claim.
We may suspend or terminate services if you violate these Terms. You may terminate anytime before your next billing cycle.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. We will post the updated version on our website.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of Lithuania.
Quesly chatbots may occasionally provide incomplete or incorrect answers. They are not a substitute for professional advice (e.g., medical, legal, financial). Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving chatbot training content.
